Practical Events Management Training Level's 1 & 2
Level 1 is a Training Master Class and would enable the trainee to be a strong player, in any given events team. Level 2 is more aligned to Events Managers, who already have studied events management perhaps, or have done a great deal of practical training and not really gone through the theory of it.
It is structured through theory and practical examples, a sound overview of the events management field. Anyone of any age can attend and we are now able to provide this training remotely
We provide excellent practical work placement opportunities for our trainees. We encourage our trainees to take advantage of every given opportunity that may come their way, in order to develop their skills. These events are exciting and challenging and provide a platform to network and identify what field of work or career that is best suited to them. Whether they want to work in events, journalism, want to be an artist, an agent, a technician or a fashion designer and many more opportunities of discovery, we endorse and enable this unique chance to explore these options and grow an exemplary portfolio.

As an Events Manager, you will be very aware of the need for strong leadership skills, in order to run an efficient event, and empower the staff team, whilst maintaining order and precision for the customer or client.
During this course, you will learn how to become an effective leader, what style of leadership suits you the best, how to motivate and engage your staff, how to overcome challenges and develop your confidence through various tools and methodology to lead a team and/or yourself confidently.
